If you have any allergies, intolerances or eating habits, please let our staff know in advance or on arrival at reception so that we can meet the dietary requirements of our guests during their stay. It is also possible to organize a personal meeting with our chef on site.

The rooms are available from 15:00 at the latest on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are arriving for breakfast. Use of the wellness area is included on the day of arrival and on the entire day of departure. The rooms can be used until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged at reception on request and subject to availability for an additional charge. On arrival and departure, we will of course help you with your luggage and also offer a parking service for your car. We offer a barrier-free hotel entrance.

On request, subject to availability and for a fee, we will be happy to organize a babysitter at reception or in the Krallis Club.

Natural & vegan skin care made in Salzburg - a handful, very high-quality, traditional and purely natural active ingredients are mixed to create combination products. The soap can be used for body, hands, hair and face at the same time and the body lotion is also a hand cream. You are welcome to purchase other products such as conditioner from us at the Refugium.

We keep our promise of fresh bread. And we don't do it alone. Our two master bakers ensure freshly baked bread every day. A bakery manufactory that can only be found at the Hotel Krallerhof. A real treat from handmade sweet pastries to fresh farmhouse bread. Would you like to think about the Krallerhof for a while after your vacation and enjoy our breads at home? Then order your favorites at reception until the evening before your departure. You will then receive the freshly baked bread with your bill on the day of your departure.

Close to the action. Very close to the creation. Our Chef's Table in the kitchen is a unique and fantastic highlight for interested food lovers. Look over the chef's shoulder, experience the excitement and the special atmosphere of the team during evening service. With a special 10-course menu at the Chef's Table, you are sure to be able to elicit one or two kitchen secrets from our head chef Hermann Gstrein. More detailed information is available at the reception desk / from our service team on site or by phone / e-mail from a distance. The Chef's Table can be booked from Monday to Saturday for 2 to 10 people. A reservation is required up to 2 days in advance.

For all guests arriving with a hybrid or electric vehicle, we have enough e-charging stations available in our parking garage. Please note that these charging stations are independent of the Hotel Krallerhof. Depending on the charging partner, a parking fee may be charged (depending on the contract). In order to avoid additional costs, we therefore recommend re-parking the vehicle immediately after charging. If a parking fee is charged, this amount will only be collected by the charging partner. The Krallerhof does not receive any commission from this. If payment is made directly by credit card, no parking fees will be charged. 0.24 is charged per KW.

For special occasions such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, other anniversaries or just for fun, bouquets can be ordered and organized before arrival via our wish list, by telephone, e-mail or on site at reception. A delivery fee of € 8 will be charged for flower deliveries.

Measuring 20 x 11 meters, the Fun Court at the Krallerhof offers plenty of space for fun and games next to the tennis courts in summer. The innovative sports facility is multifunctional. On the large area, everything revolves around the round leather: in addition to soccer, volleyball and basketball, badminton can also be played here. As part of the children's program, the Fun Court is also the venue for games and small tournaments. Of course, the court is also available to adults. Please make a reservation at reception, where you can also obtain the key.

It's all a question of the combination. A good bar has a soul, they say. This requires a harmonious color scheme, conscious use of the interior and lighting accents in the right places to unfold the magic of the room.

The Glocke is above all a bar, and it wants to remain a bar. But not a typical hotel bar as you might know it. It is a place to linger. The Glocke provides Leogang with excellent cocktails that have one thing in common: A passion for preparing them with local ingredients, a love of the surroundings and, above all, an unceasing passion for excellence in bar culture. It literally lies at the heart of the Hotel Krallerhof, which in turn lies at the heart of the nature of Salzburger Land, and the source of our ingredients is also our forest on the doorstep.

The bar menu offers unique creations, signature cocktails and established classics. Drinks become the essence of the surroundings, turning your stay into a journey of the senses.

You are welcome with your bathrobe until 5.00 pm in the Glocke.Die Bar.

In addition to a printer (connected via WiFi), a tablet is also available at reception for guests to use during their stay. Both can be borrowed free of charge and can also be used in the room.

Linger in the here and now. Sit comfortably on the second floor above Glocke. Die Bar, the exquisite cigar lounge with a library, open fireplace, terrace and unforgettable views of the Kitzbühel “grass mountains”.

Our library contains a selection of art books, illustrated books and coffee-table books, which can be borrowed during your stay. Relax in the afternoon or smoke a fine cigar at the end of the day - the cigar salon offers the perfect ambience for enjoying the finest tobacco products from our humidor. This is where cozy ambience meets luxurious flair. The law requires that food and drink may not be consumed in the Cigar Salon and therefore no service may be offered.

The Krallerhof is the right address for your vacation with your dog, especially with the surrounding meadows and paths, which are ideal for walks with your four-legged friends. Your four-legged friend is welcome to accompany you to the Kaminstube (left-hand side of the hotel bar) for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

You can also take your dog into the hotel bar and onto the terrace. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant and in the wellness area. Dogs are allowed on our sunbathing lawn in summer, but we ask you to keep your four-legged friend on the edge of the lawn. We would also like to ask you to keep your dog on a lead out of respect for other guests and to point out that dogs must be kept on a lead throughout Leogang and Saalfelden.

A dog shower (in the direction of the tennis courts) for showering your four-legged friends as well as "dog bags" in front of the hotel in the direction of the KrallerAlm and at the dog shower are also available. If your dog is alone in the room, please hang the red "Do not disturb" sign on the room door and ask reception when we can clean the room.

Further information for hikes and dog walks is available at reception. Please note that dogs have to pay € 5.00 per dog and per ride for the ascent and descent of the Steinberg or Asitzbahn.

If possible, please let us know when you make your reservation or before you arrive if you are traveling with one or more dogs so that we can prepare the room accordingly. Dogs are allowed in all room categories and will be charged € 40.00 per day and dog without food as well as one additional fee of € 50.00 for the final cleaning of the room.
 

To shorten the waiting time and make your vacation as stress-free as possible, we offer the option of purchasing ski passes directly at reception and paying the total bill at the end of your vacation. We will be happy to help you choose the right tickets and provide you with slope maps at reception.

There are plenty of free, marked outdoor parking spaces directly around our hotel. We also offer our parking garage as a parking option for an additional charge. Please contact reception personally so that you can enter the garage with your room card. We ask our guests to keep the hotel entrance clear after loading and unloading. We are always happy to help with luggage on arrival and departure.

Hike to your picnic experience!

A box full of fresh treats paired with an unforgettable mountain backdrop. Culinary bliss has never been so easy. Choose your favorite box and order it by phone or e-mail. As our "Picnic on the Mountain" offer is only available to pre-order, we ask you to reserve at least one day in advance by 6 pm. You can collect the key for your picnic box from the AlteSchmiede the next morning. The box will then be waiting for you at the Naturkino at the Asitz.

Do you still need a gift for your loved ones? Or a small souvenir to prolong your Krallerhof moments? How about our exquisite pralines, which are lovingly made by hand in our in-house chocolate factory. Six different varieties with exquisite ingredients tempt you to taste, enjoy and melt away. We offer packs of 6 and 10 chocolates to take away or order, which you can order at reception or by phone/email until the evening before your departure.

Our tap water is high-quality spring water with the best drinking quality from our own spring. The water from the tap can therefore be consumed without hesitation.

People spend a third of their lives in bed. The way you sleep has a decisive influence on the quality of your sleep. That's why 30 rooms at the Krallerhof are Powersleeping rooms and therefore exclusively furnished with high-quality, natural materials. Oak floors and pine wood walls ensure the ideal room climate. The beds with the Samina sleeping system have a free-swinging slatted frame made of ash wood. You can enjoy a dry and warm bed climate thanks to toppers and blankets made from 100% Merino sheep's wool. A Lokosana topper ensures a balanced magnetic field and improves sleep quality. Specially shielded cables prevent electromagnetic radiation in the rooms. Powersleeping at the Krallerhof is, of course, sleeping well.

We are happy to pick you up free of charge from Leogang and Saalfelden train stations with our shuttle on your arrival and departure.

We are also happy to organise further transfers with the local taxi company for an additional charge. Simply let us know in advance by phone or email or contact reception directly on site.

Directly in the basement of the hotel we offer a video-monitored ski room for the ski equipment of our guests. It is also accessible from the outside and easily accessible from the car park or the parking garage.

The Ski Bishop of Sport Mitterer is also located in the basement and is open every day in the winter from 8. 30 to 12. 00 and in the afternoon from 14.00 to 17.00 . We recommend booking the ski equipment in advance. The reservation and billing takes place exclusively through Sport Mitterer and cannot be charged to the room.

For our hotel guests a squash hall in the basement is available free of charge. Rats and balls are available at the reception during the stay. External guests are also welcome and can use the squash hall for a fee of € 12. 00 per hour. In order to be able to guarantee the place at the desired time, we kindly ask you to register in advance at the reception. The game times are possible from 9:00 to 21:00.

Trampoline areas in the basement are available free of charge for our hotel children. The trampoline hall is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00.

For holiday laundry we offer an in-house laundry and ironing service. The laundry bag for filling is located in the closet of the hotel room and can be picked up if necessary. Dry cleaning is possible on request and takes at least 3 days.

In the entire hotel area we offer our guests free Wi-Fi without a password using the "Krallerhof connected" network.

All drinks in the hotel and in our huts can be booked relaxing and directly to the room. We ask you to sign all receipts after consumption. On the day of departure, the hotel bill can be paid together with all extras and services. We accept the following payment methods: debit cards and all major credit cards such as MasterCard, VisaCard, American Express and Diners Club.
