GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGBH'S §5

Cancellation conditions for your holiday:

CANCELLATION BY THE CONTRACTING PARTY - CANCELLATION FEE

5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before in the seasons IV and V the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement of a unilateral declaration by 1 month before in the seasons I, II and III the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee. 

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement using unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

• 40% of total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival in the seasons IV and V; 
• 70% of total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival in all seasons;
• 90% of total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival in all seasons;
